Hello this is a job posting for a Customer support rep of my website.

What are the requirements?

* Excellent English Speaking skills - Fluent.
* Knowledge/Experience on how to use OSTicket platform.
* Knowledge/Experience on how to use Live Chat platform.
* Able to answer ALL tickets on a daily basis, and be one live support at the same time addressing issues.
* Able to handle a Support email and follow up with any questions for customers.
