The successful candidate should possess the following QUALITIES:
>PROBLEM SOLVER. We require someone who could take on a programming issue and be able to analyse and quickly implement a solution.
>MASTER DEBUGGER. We require someone who is a able to debug a system
>USER ORIENTED. We need someone who places the end-user in mind when developing systems.
>ANALYST. We require someone who can diagnose, assess and think of a solution. This must be ingrained in you.
>MATURE DISPOSITION. Confident but polite, open minded and a team player. Has initiative.
>GOOD COMMON SENSE. Smart.
>CAN DO ATTITUDE.
The successful candidate should possess the following SKILLS sets:
>Must be an expert in BOTH backend and front-end programming
>Expert in PHP - OOP, MVC, REST API
>Expert in HTML/CSS/JAVASCRIPT
>Expert in Wordpress Theme Integration
>Must know the WORDPRESS CODEX from the inside and out
>Expert in Plugin Development
>Expert in Adaptive websites
>Fluent in English (spoken and written)
EDUCATION:
>BS Degree in Computer Science or equivalent (4 years)
The successful candidate should possess the following EXPERIENCE:
>At least two years commercial using the required skills set listed above
>Proven experience in debugging, program analysis
The successful candidate must agree to the following conditions:
>Working hours will be from 9am to 6pm AEDST UTC+11
(6am to 3pm Philippine time)
>You must be an INDEPENDENT FREELANCER
>Must be available for SKYPE VOICE CHAT
>Must be from a FILIPINO citizen living in the PHILIPPINES
