DETAILS:
This is for an outbound account. The job is pretty simple. You just need to ask 3 questions. Once customer says yes to all, you just need to transfer them to 2nd tier.
Requirements:
- 3 months or more experience as a customer service representative. Outbound is preferred
- Work area should have no background noise
- good communication skills
- Microsoft office skills
- Skype account
- at least 2 Mbps stable DSL connection.
- commitment to 9:30pm to 5:30am shift. Manila Time
- Filipino agents preferred
