JOB OVERVIEW

I. Database management

- Use Keller Williams eEdge program to maintain database of 150-250 close contacts. Create communication plans and reminder systems for Agent to follow in maintaining close and regular contact with existing referral base through phone calls, e-mail, personal notes and face-to-face meetings
- Use eEdge to manage marketing to geographic neighborhoods in order to convert prospects into referral sources, employing print, email, and personal contact. Keep agent on track and reminded of regular contact activities.

II. Office Systems management

- set up Seller systems, including Action Plans for pre listing, listing appointment, listing service, contract to close, post-closing.
- Ditto for Buyer systems
- Conducting actual Contract-to-close management
- Bookeeping, including monthly P&L
- Document the above with an operations manualPoint of contact for customers (answer the phone)

Job Requirements:

- Reliable high-speed internet
- Tech-savvy skills, ability to adopt Skype, Drop-Box, etc to effect remote performance
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to work
during Eastern US time zone working hours (Philippine time 8 pm – 5 am) for a significant portion of
the working time.
