What you’ll be doing:
• Conducting daily follow ups with Home-Based Online English Teachers regarding technical concerns, system checks, lesson plotting, and schedule/attendance monitoring
• Coordinating with other teams (Customer Service, Standards, and Payroll) to resolve issues encountered by Home-Based Online English Teachers

Requirements
• College graduate of any degree
• Good English communication skills
• Preferably has 1-2 years of work experience in a BPO/office/school administration setting or in any similar field
• Technical support background is an advantage
• Knowledgeable in MS Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Can work on shifting schedules (between 9:00AM to 11:30PM, on weekends and holidays)
• Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City
