OnlineJobs.ph: Cold Calling For Real Estate Seller Leads

JOB OVERVIEW

I'm looking for someone full time to start making phone calls for me to Expireds, FSBO's, Pre-Foreclosures and Homeowners in Certain Zip Codes.
You will be using SalesDialers.com and I would like you to be able to make at least 80 Calls an hour.


The primary objective of making calls is to set up appointments with Motivated Sellers who are looking to sell their properties fast for cash.
I am a real estate investor and I'm looking to buy more properties at a wholesale price.


I'm looking for someone to set up at least 10+ appointments per week with sellers looking to sell their property.
You will be paid on a bi-weekly basis and I am looking to work with someone for the long-term.
There is definitely potential for growth and this position could lead to a management role.
