Key Responsibilities include:
Provide courteous, timely and accurate information to the customer regarding his/her services with us
Take down customer requests and follow up with updates
Speak with US customers
Manage our support ticketing system and chat support
Able to make courtesy calls to ensure our client base remains strong
Qualifications:
2-3 years experience as a customer service agent or related job
Has an excellent command in verbal and written english
Be punctual
Good typing skills
Ability to handle confidential information with absolute discretion
