We're looking to hire customer service agents to answer customer questions and make few callbacks for missed calls.
Requirements:
1. DSL Connection - at least 3.0Mbps upload and 0.80 download speed
2. Good working headset - no static sound
3. PC/Laptop (Home Based Setup)
4. A quiet working environment
To qualify, you must have:
-Back-up PC or laptop
-Back-up for internet connection
-Experience in customer service of at least 1 year
-Experience in tech support and sales is a big plus
-Good communication skills
-Desire to work long term
