Outbounders.com (Cebu) is looking for call center AGENTS (home-based) to handle our healthcare campaign. To start ASAP.


QUALIFICATIONS:
1.Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Nursing or equivalent; Registered Nurse is an advantage.
2. Experience of at least 1 year in a HEALTHCARE account is a must
3. Inbound/Outbound calling experience is a must
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills
5. Must be knowledgeable on Gdocs, Vicidial and Microsoft office applications
6. Flexible in terms of schedule
7. Results-driven, possesses strong initiative and persistence.
8. Highly organized and proactive
9. HONEST, efficient, hardworking
10. Possesses strong leadership skill.
