JOB OVERVIEW
IMMEDIATE HIRE: We are looking for a detailed appointment setter who can place calls, receive calls, communicate via text using a provided Google Voice number between ANY hours of 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Central Standard Time. 3 Hours a day at 5 days a week. You pick the hours but they must be consistent. We do not work holidays and some Saturdays are required.
You will receive a company email address to communicate to the new talent while maintaining a separate company Google email address so you can utilize the calendar as well as communicate internally via Google hangout.
All appointments for the new talent will be scheduled with an Agent on specified dates. You will be required to place reminders phone calls, which will reduce the number of no shows.
HOURLY PAY/SALARY
You need to advise us of you required hourly pay in USD. If you do not do this, you application will be declined. We do not want to assume based on your profile.

DUTIES:
Scheduling appointments via email, by phone or by texting
Google Voice - Check voicemail and text reminders
Checking, sorting and replying to emails
Making phone calls
Maintain a database of contacts
Setup email marketing blast to invite people to schedule their appointments
REQUIREMENTS:
