We are in the business of selling products at online marketplaces like ebay and amazon.
Job Role:
-Technical Customer Support Representative through messages and emails. No voice support.
Customer support skills:
-Must have excellent English READING, COMPREHENSION and WRITING skills
-Must be able to clearly understand what customer is requesting.
-At least 1 year Customer support experience
-Resolving problems professionally with the customer
-Technical support experience is a plus
-Process Replacements, Returns and Refunds
-Research the web for answers to customer questions
-Must respond to all emails and messages by set times
-Accurately, input returns and replacement into shipping system
-With experience, you should be able to perform customer support position without much supervision
Other Skills:
-Must be Excellent Communicator.
-Report issues to manager.
-Thorough knowledge of eBay and Amazon policies
-Fast Learner
-Know how to find answers
-Must be organized
-Perform tasks without much supervision
-Must be very motivated to work
-Must be organized
-Must be willing to learn
-Data Entry
-Proficient in MS Word and Excel
