Data Entry
Database building Appointment Scheduling, Accounts Payable/Accounts, Receivable, Web Research.
Requirements:
Proven customer support experience
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Familiarity with Live chat systems
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
NOTE: Must have prior Customer support experience with any technological product
Must be Good in English (Verbal & Non-Verbal)
