We’re looking for an outgoing, caring and fun person to add to our virtual team of smart, client centered people.
Part time to begin with possible long term engagement.
What we do:
Our clients use our service to help them get leads and appointments using one of the world's largest professional networks, LinkedIn. These are mainly professional men in their 50s that at times have difficulty with technology. Therefore they need someone who is patient, discerning and helpful.
As such, we have need of someone to check in and add value to our clients for the first 90 days of the service with us as we work on their accounts.
Duties include:
- Available part time during normal western business hours of 9-5 monday to friday for calls
- Replying to emails after hours is permitted
- Checking in weekly via phone and email with each of our 50 clients
- Attending a 1 hour team meeting every week
- Asking them how the service is going and if they have any questions
- Directing them to the online training portal if they have questions
- Escalating questions to their Account Manager if you can’t handle them
- Updating our client training portal
Fluent English preferred
Tools required:
- Stable internet access and phone line
- Computer
- Google Docs
- Knowledge of LinkedIn preferred, but not necessary
Prefer candidates with experience in client service, customer advocacy and be very comfortable with technology. LinkedIn experience highly desired!
