We’re a small, close-knit group that work together to rent out our beautiful year-round vacation cottage in Muskoka, Ontario, Canada. We’re in need of someone to engage wholeheartedly with our guests over the phone and internet. Simply put, we need you to be the charming person who answers people’s questions and then uses your organisational prowess to book out our cottage and let the rest of us know what’s happening & when.
We’re different. Both in the way that we operate and what we offer to our guests, so if you love people, you’ll love working with us :)
We’re looking for someone who’s able to work independently and to respond to people faster than small-town gossip (within 3 hours) - this includes weekends and evenings in EST (Eastern standard timezone).
We’re hoping to find someone who’s available 15-20 hours per week with a minimum six month commitment since we like to invest our time and energy into training ya up so you feel comfortable and confident at rocking the role.
We’ve found stay-at-home parents love this role because it works in “fits & starts” so they can step away from it and return to it at different times throughout the day & evening.
You’ll rock at this role if you’re:
- Charming
- Excellent on the phone
- Organised & diligent
- Authentic and genuine
- Able to respond to people quickly (within 3 hours)
All you need to write in your cover letter is: "I’d rock at this because…” and then tell us the greatest quality you feel you possess to excel at being the Guest Coordinator for our cottage :)
