Needs to hire 2 Freelancers
We are searching for a Customer Service Executive based in the Philippines who is looking to grow, learn & accept new responsibilities in a short period of time. This is an outstanding opportunity to work with a very innovative online business model that is continuously evolving. You will support our English speaking markets in customer service (via phone, email ticketing system, live chat).
Key requirements:
• Must have an energetic hands on attitude and keen interest in working with an online start-up company.
• Motivated to hit the ground running, working independently with a positive attitude and great energy
• Passionate focus on customers and their requirements
• Applicants need to possess excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal and show proactive communication skills
• Ability to pick up processes and systems quickly
• Experience in customer support essential with minimum 5 years experience.
• Customer service leadership qualities highly desirable.

Offer rate is $3 per hour including Elance fees, and is subject for review for a possible increase based on performance after the first month.
Full training will be provided for this position. This will be an ongoing, full time position and will report to our Customer Service Manager, based in London, United Kingdom.
