Upwork: Call Center needed for Phone/Email/Live Chat

Needs to hire 2 Freelancers

Call Center for customer Support Representative needed. Minimum 50 Hours a week - 2 seats (1 per shift - 7 days a week). Must have experience and speak/write excellent English.

Available Timings:

Monday-Sunday
8 a.m - 4 p.m CST 

Agents Needed: 2 (can be rotated with more agents-  need a minimum of 1 agent per shift - 7 days a week - 2 shifts per day)


Live Chat- must be energetic, perky, and overall great!
Email - Perfect usage of grammer and punctuation in emails is a must.

Our site has a robust backend system that can virtually do every task needed. Support rep can check for order tracking numbers, place orders on hold (if they have not been shipped), and you can issue RMA's as well. RMA management is also necessary through the backend, where Reps will have to update RMA status (shipped, exchange, refund given, approvals, etc). You will also have to assist customers on placing orders over phone/live chat. This can be done on both front end and back end.
