Needs to hire 2 Freelancers
Luxer One is a package locker company, placing lockers into apartment buildings, office buildings and other locations to improve the package delivery experience.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer-centric Customer Service Representative to help with our customer and property inquiries.
Some responsibilities will / may include:
-Solving any resident issues
-Light troubleshooting of hardware and software issues
-Account follow up
-Special projects based on your skill set
You must be organized, have great computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), a fast and reliable internet connection, excellent (English) verbal and written communication skills, a confident phone presence, and a willingness to learn. Experience working from home is preferred.
This position will provide customer support on Saturdays and Sundays and could expand to more hours and responsibilities as the business grows. We are looking to hire someone for a morning shift and someone for an afternoon shift (US West Coast time).
