DETAILS:
We are looking for someone to do customer service for our amazon.com product line. We are looking for someone that is a go getter and maybe has worked with amazon before. (not a requirement but would be a big bonus for us to hire you) You would be checking emails in our amazon back office 2 times a day min and either replying back to people and solve there problem or refunding them and sending them a new product.
Also we would be having you contact anyone that left a 3 star or below on all of our products and log in under your account to leave a message on the review that we will refund them or send them a new one. We have emails already made up so most of the time you would copy and paste. This is a big deal for us as we would like to make sure we turn around a one start to a five star if possible or they remove their review. We do this by asking them to update their review.
We have video training and can walk you though everything. We will also work with you for the first week or so to make sure you understand everything.
Working during USA time zone would help. About 10-12 hours a week needed
