We are a cutting edge IPTV Company with a great team environment that is looking for self-motivated, committed, and enthusiastic call center agents who can work autonomously from home.
Call Center Agent Job Duties:
Inbound Sales including order placing.
Problem solving customer issues.
Responding to customer email inquiries.
Outbound sales calls and call backs to customers.
Answering account and some billing inquiries.
Basic Support
Skills Required:
Ability to build productive relationships, resolve issues and create customer loyalty.
Accurate data base entry skills a must.
Attention to detail and grammar skills a must.
Goal-oriented and is reliable and punctual.
Intermediate computer skills a must.
Organized and can multi-task.
Listens attentively and possesses professional and polite communication skills with customers, team and management.
Ability to work autonomously from home.
Has Internet download speed of at least 10Mbps.
Must be willing to work weekends 9:00am - 5:00pm Eastern Standard Time.
Bilingual (French and English) an asset.
