UPWORK: Customer Service and Recruitment Manager

Hi Candidates!

We're looking for someone to join the Expert360.com family. We have a growing company in Australia called Expert360 - it is a marketplace for high-end consultants (like an Upwork for bigger projects!). Our customers are large organisations in Australia ranging in size from $10 million to $10 billion. We work with executives within these organisations so have a highly professional business operation. 

We have five remote workers and would like one more to join our remote team. Culture is incredibly important so we're looking for long-term right fit people. We are a company that you can establish a career with and have significant opportunity for professional development within. 

Our remote works are all incredibly fast learners and highly professional. They have high standards, are hard working and are incredibly motivated to provide excellent service and help grow the Expert360 business

You will be working normal Australian hours (9-6pm) however may be future requirement to do some mid-shift work some months (up to 1am Sydney , 11pm Manila).

Key Roles and responsibilities: 

1. Recruiting Skills 

-Perform screening activities on corporate professionals based on different criteria 
-Be able to understand the skills and experience of a job/ project required and match to suitable candidates (Business knowledge is a significant advantage for this)
-Prior experience with LinkedIn and Salesforce

2. Communication skills

-Professional vocabulary
-Excellent phone manner
-Excellent email writing skills 
-Assist the team generate and pursue business leads by identifying potential suppliers and clients, and follow up on these leads 
-Strong willingness to learn about our product and platform and be able to communicate this to customers in a persuasive way

3. Excellent customer service and people skills 

-A strong positive can-do attitude is a must
-Respond to customer questions and follow-up on any customer issues 
-Scheduling phone calls and meetings 
-A high level of motivation to succeed

Skill set: 

-Preferably with an American/Australian accent that sounds natural 
- Recruitment experience is preferred, particularly via LinkedIn
-Confident and clear in dealing with top level management of big companies
-Resourceful and can take the initiative to work through challenges
-Capacity to work efficiently under minimum supervision
-Ability to project manage and prioritise work according to value and deadlines
-Financial and business acumen
-High level of attention to detail
