Looking for someone to handle customer support emails for an elearning course. You will be asked questions related to the orders like 'how can I access the course', 'I'm having problems with a quiz score'.
You will also be asked detailed questions on the course from prospective buyers, 'is the course right for me', 'what if I need xyz', etc ...
There are many different types of questions we get so you will need to review our FAQs list. You may need to figure out the answer from our website. So someone with initiative is needed.
We will need you to respond to all the questions even if you don't know the answer. You may need to ask us and tell them you're waiting for the answer. Then reply with it once you get it.
This is a job for someone who is dedicated to customer support and success.
This is a part-time position that we are expecting to take about 3 hours per week. There are definitely opportunities to expand from there into handling our customer support.
All customer support runs through helpdesk. You will need to navigate through amember and possibly infusionsoft to help with some of the customer support.
The main job is to keep the customers and prospective customers happy. You will need to check the helpdesk at least twice a day and answer any questions that are there. It is best if you are available during US business hours. It is nice if the questions can be answered during the work day as most of our clients and prospective customers are based in the US.
