We need an online retail store associate for our online retail company. Includes work in excel, Quickbooks, and admin areas online stores. Must be attentive to detail, look up order information to ensure accuracy (especially for our custom products), enter customer orders, assist customers with questions, and help manage pricing and listings for products as needed. Interest in fitness, massage, or health areas is a big plus, so let us know how these areas interest you!
Tasks:
1. Transit planning and support, entering tracking as needed - ensure orders arrive on time as promised.
2. Update records and item prices
3. Calculate pricing using our tools
4. Provide overall support for ordering and returns processes, great customer service skills needed!
5. Assist with order data in QuickBooks as needed
6. Help customers by phone, excellent English grammar and spelling
7. Update listings and content pages with new information, unique product information
8. Assist in promotions efforts with marketing and social media tools
The right candidate may also move into helping oversee transit each day and supporting warehouse supply orders.
Due to the level of customer service and sales support required in training and helping with transit in real time, we prefer to hire staff who will log in at a consistent time Monday through Friday, and possibly on weekends if desired.
